Welcome to Academic Enhancement
My goal at WHHS to enhance student's educational experience by facilitating the classroom skills required for success and providing individual and small group tutoring. I support the FWISD curriculum in a way that meets individual students' needs to successfully complete their class assignments. I work with students, conference with classroom teachers, and parents to ensure students who take advantage of this opportunity are successful in their academic pursuits. I primarily support the English/Language Arts and Social Studies departments. If students need assistance in other areas (ex. Science, Math, Electives), I collaborate with other teachers to make sure the student has access to the appropriate person or department.
